MINISTRIES/MISSIONS

The Mission of the Church is to restore all people to unity with God and each other in Christ.

ACOLYTES
The Ministry of Altar Server is a very important role in the celebration of the Service.
If you  wish to serve God at His altar, we have adults and children in our acolytes ministry.

ALTAR GUILD
This Altar Guild  prepares the altar for all services of the church, Sunday service, funerals, weddings  and any services we may have in the sanctuary.

FLOWER GUILD
A blooming ministry that provides beautiful altar flowers for the church each week.

GRIEVING COMMITEE
A committee where Family and friends of parishioners of St. Paul’s will be provided a meal on the day of the funeral service.  The Chairman will plan the menu,  call the team asking for food.  The team will also set up, provide drinks and clean up after the meal.

LAY EUCHARISTIC MINISTERS
The Ministers assist the clergy during the Holy Eucharist.  This ministry has to go through training and be licensed by the diocese.  They also service as Lay Readers during the service.

LECTORS
The Lectors  proclaim God’s word by helping in the worship service.

HOMEBOUND MINISTRIES
The Homebound Ministry is a special group that bring Holy Communion to the sick and homebound.

MUSIC MINISTRY

The Music Ministry consist of an adult volunteer choir and they lead our 10:30am service with music reverent to the service.  The Music Ministry is under direction of our accomplished Organist and Choirmaster, Dr. Don Ball, Jr.

THE ORDER OF THE DAUGHTERS OF THE KING

This order is for the women of the Episcopal Church and are dedicated for prayer, service and evangelism.  If you are in need of prayer, please email the office at stpauls@stpaulsorangetx.com or call 409-883-2969.  All information is kept confidential.

EPISCOPAL CHURCH WOMEN

All women of St. Paul’s are members of the ECW.  The group meets on the first Thursday of each month for a luncheon and fellowship.

USHERS

Ushers welcome and greet those who attend our worship services and help the congregation during communion.

Our Vestry is elected leadership that is responsible for the financial
and visionary leadership of St. Paul’s.
